| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. | Property description: The location of this home offers a variety of everything - a sunny hillside
meadow views of the forest and the ocean in the distance. The updated interior is comfortable, bright, and cheerful. The living room has cozy wood-burning fireplace and six foot window seats. Lots of deck space with Adirondack chairs and a great spa for bubbling your cares away. There is a TV with a DVD/VCR, and a stereo for enjoying the large and varied collection of films, music, and old time radio recordings provided for your entertainment. (No broadcast TV is available at this home.).
The complete and updated kitchen will bring the chef out in you. Bring your secret ingredients and channel your inner Iron Chef.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen size bed and the other has full size bed. Wake up to the wonderful ocean views through the trees which can be seen from either bed. The bathroom is all slate and tile with a large shower (no bathtub).
