| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. meadow. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable with a
gas fireplace and window seat. Lots of windows. Efficient kitchen. TV is
served by Dish Network Satellite - 150 channels to choose from! Spa is
located on a deck in a fenced courtyard. You can also see the ocean from
the spa.
Owners permit a dog to accompany you, but NO CATS please.
