| Property description: SERENE... Peaceful, quiet, beautiful forest setting. This 1500 square
feet (approx.) family home features an open floorplan living/dining/kitchen on ground floor.
Bedrooms are upstairs. A deck on the rear of the house has a fantastic view into the redwood forest for that wonderful feeling of seclusion. A woodstove in the living room offers extra warmth on cool evenings or winter days.
This great home offers peace and tranquility but also a complete suite of audio, visual, and entertainment equipment including a Wii Gaming System, a piano, DVD, cable TV and other audio outputs.
Feel free to bring your dog or two to this home, but please NO CATS, the owner is very allergic to cats. Also, no open flames, candles, etc. other than the woodstove.
PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub at this home is not working and won't be back up for a while.
