| Property description: Cute and comfortable home on the meadow, close to the Del Mar recreation center and also close to the bluff trail. From the beautiful enclosed courtyard and garden to its well appointed furnishings, this home is ideal for a small family or that romantic getaway.
This home features a full, well-equipped kitchen with an intimate dining area. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a den that includes a single foldout sofa if a little extra sleeping area is needed. In addition, there's an extra large shower room with a tub and two shower heads.
There are great ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.
Outside is a nice deck with a hot tub and charcoal BBQ, plus a great view of the ocean as well as an enclosed courtyard.
