| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. Rates are also affected from time to time by special promotions. In addition to the rent, you will pay a refundable security deposit (usually $200.00) and non-refundable processing fee of $35.00. | Property description: Large, bright home on the ocean bluff. As you open the front door, walk up the sweeping staircase to the kitchen, living room, dining room and one of the two master suites upstairs. The large kitchen and dining room offers great ambience as one of your party plays the grand piano next to the fireplace in the living room. Enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.
Downstairs is another master suite plus two more bedrooms that share a bath. Also downstairs, the hot tub is situated on a fenced deck adjacent to an outdoor/indoor atrium room. Enjoy the hot tub while taking in the nature around you.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and is nicely appointed. The master bedrooms each have an office nook for those occasions where you must bring work to your getaway.
The garage is available for parking your vehicles but no pets and no smoking are allowed. Children of all ages are welcome.
