| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. | Property description: This is a bright, cheerful home on a knoll in the meadow overlooking the
16th Fairway of Sea Ranch Golf Links. Designed by the owner's son, Mark
Blubaugh and built by Bob Rose in 1993. Approximately 1326 square feet
with tile floors, white walls and high ceilings to make a small house feel
quite spacious. Interesting natural and artificial lighting. The living room
features two 7-foot-long window seats, perfect for gazing at the ocean,
reading a book or napping in the sun. There is a third window seat in the
loft. The stereo includes FM radio and CD player. The kitchen is well
equipped. One bedroom on the main level, the second is in an
upstairs loft which is open over the living area. Nice private spa on the
deck. Rates shown for two people.
