All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. As seen in the book, "The Sea Ranch" by Donlyn Lyndon and Jim Alinder. While on the grounds of the home you'll feel as though you are in your own private compound. Enjoy the private courtyard and enjoy the ocean view from the deck or from inside the home through the large windows. When you are in the kitchen, you'll find everything you need.
There is a hot tub and your own private sauna in a separate upstairs room completely detached from the main house. The bedroom with the king size bed and the bedroom with the queen size bed are located on opposite sides of the home affording a great deal of privacy.
