| Property description: Spacious and homey in a forest location with a glimpse of ocean
through the trees. This is one of the original 'Binker Barns' designed by
Robert Turnbull and built by Matthew Sylvia in the early 1970's. It is
approximately 2300 square feet and features a two-story central well, beautifully lit by two large skylights. The half acre lot offers a quiet setting among tall trees that block much of the wind.
For the person who loves to cook, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Dining space includes a large table in both the kitchen and separate dining room. A large outdoor deck with a hot tub, tables and chairs, and a Weber grill provide the perfect place from which to enjoy your outdoor meals, spectacular sunsets, and starry nights.
The home is two stories with one queen bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Three of the second floor bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has two twins.
A fireplace, window seats, two large screen (46" and 32" screens) televisions on satellite, and surround sound, VCR/DVD, and stereo will add to your enjoyment.
