| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. Rates are also affected from time to time by special promotions. In addition to the rent, you will pay a refundable security deposit (usually $200.00) and non-refundable processing fee of $35.00. | Property description: SECLUSION WITH VIEW. Beatiful and hillside location with a great blue water ocean view. The home was designed by Ted Harsham AIA and built by Matt
Sylvia in 1976. This classic Sea Ranch home is approximately 1600 square feet and sits on huge lot with a trail from the house to the ocean. There is built-in seating and a fireplace with a raised hearth in the living room.
Lounge around and curl up with your favorite book. Or you can watch that video you always wanted see or see again. There's a DVD player and TV in the living room and there's a video cassette player and TV in the den.
The bedrooms are upstairs, each with a king bed. If you prefer a single bed, you are welcome to bring the roll-a way in from the garage and set it up in the downstairs den.
Deer and other wildlife are frequent visitors to the meadow in front of the home. Bring your children over 5 and/or up to two pets with you to share the Sea Ranch experience.
