| Property description: DeRanieri House is a very bright and cheery home with lots of charm. It is a split level home, tastefully decorated, with panoramic views of the golf course, ocean and commons. High open beam ceilings with lots of windows for viewing. Easy walk or bike ride to the Del Mar Recreation Center and trails.
There are two bedrooms, each on different levels. One bedroom has a King size bed and a twin bed. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed and twin bed.
Enjoy curling up with your favorite book in front of the fireplace or sitting in the private hot tub - out of sight of prying eyes.
The DeRanieri home is comfortable home with a small but nicely stocked kitchen and a nice atmosphere for that relaxing getaway you are looking for.
