| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. | Property description: Awesome, panoramic ocean views. Waves crashing on the rocks just outside the huge windows. Watch migrating whales. Watch the seals. Great Obie Bowman design with classic Sea Ranch style and modern appointments. This home is huge. It is open and airy with a great floor plan. All bedrooms are
downstairs with the living area upstairs. There is a downstairs sunroom/sitting area with an adjacent courtyard, ideal for barbequeing. There's also a big screen TV.
The home also features a full office with roomy two-person desk space, wireless broadband internet access, FAX, and even a Playstation for the kids.
Sleeping quarters are downstairs but there is an upstairs loft with a twin-size futon. As you enter the home a large, sweeping staircase takes you to the living area upstairs. Although children of all ages are welcome, parents should be aware that the staircase is too wide to accomodate a baby gate.
While staying at Compass Rose, take a walk along the bluff trail which is right outside. Lounge in the courtyard. Or play golf - the golf course is just minutes away. Is tennis, swimming, or sauna more to
your taste? The Del Mar Recreation center is also just minutes away. Or relax in the hot tub on the
upper deck of the home and enjoy the panoramic ocean view. Compass Rose is your getaway. Oh, and did we mention wireless broadband internet at no charge?
