There, just a few steps away (depending on the time of year), you will spy harbor seals sunning in the Marine Preserve. Perhaps you’ll opt for a walk along the bluff trail and head north to Gualala Regional Park or south to Walk on Beach.

If lounging inside suits your fancy, you could spend the afternoon watching the pelicans or spot a migrating whale. You might find yourself enjoying the wide selection of DVDs on the large screen HDTV. There are also many books, games and puzzles from which to choose. When you’re ready to express your inner-chef, enjoy the well equipped kitchen. End the day by soaking in the hot tub while gazing up at the Milky Way.

This home includes four bedrooms and three full baths. The upstairs bedroom suite not only includes a private bath and queen bed, it features a desk with a laptop computer and complimentary broadband internet access. The master bedroom suite is on the main floor with private access to the hot tub and the side deck. At the other side of house there are two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared bath. Additional features include; an ocean front deck, private courtyard, custom tiled wood stove, washer/dryer, microwave oven, various small appliances, satellite TV & Radio with DVR, and access to the garage. Bring your tennis racket, golf clubs and swim suit. COASTAL BLISS enjoys proximity to Del Mar Recreational Center, Sea Ranch Golf Links and Gualala shopping.

If you stayed in this house when it was known as CASA DE PLAYA, you will be impressed by the upgrades. The downstairs master suite is light, bright, and airy. Other upgrades include new furniture, a new ocean front deck, and many other improvements that are too numerous to mention.
