| The rents listed below represent normal low-season rates including taxes and after departure cleaning. Some homes have variable rates based on the number of occupants. All rates are 10% higher during the months of July and August and during Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays. Rates are also affected from time to time by special promotions. In addition to the rent, you will pay a refundable security deposit (usually $200.00) and non-refundable processing fee of $35.00. | Property description: Do you want to lounge on a soft leather sofa and watch the surf roll towards you? How about loafing on the expansive deck while watching the tide roll in? "Bowsprit" house has a spectacular view of the ocean waves and is just steps to the bluff-top trail and the Moonraker recreation center.
Three comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. The living room has soft, comfortable leather furniture with a wood-burning stove and almost panoramic views of the waves.
One dog allowed. (No cats or other pets.).
