| Property description: This is the old "Wyndfall" home, but newly redecorated.
Impressive home in an impressive location-the bluff overlooking Black Point. Blackpoint Beach House boasts an open floor that is easy to move around in. Whether you're curling up in front of the firplace with your favorite book, or sitting in the comfortable chairs in the livingroom's solarium area, or watching the sunset from the large windows, you will be able to move freely from one space to another.
Part of the convenience of the open floor plan is the kitchen. This kitchen is well stocked, well appointed, and easy to cook in.
Blackpoint Beach House has two bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedroom suite upstairs has a king size bed with a private bath. Adjacent to the upstairs bedroom is a sitting room overlooking the living area below. The bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed and its bathroom is just across the hallway.
Best of all is the hot tub. The hot sits on an outdoor deck with sweeping views of the ocean. Or, the gate can be swung closed for privacy.
