| Property description: New home with blue water views adjacent to golf course. Nice and intimate. Upstairs deck, all bedrooms have views. Outside sink and shower. Also, fenced dog area plus it's near the dog park.
This home has a master bedroom suite with a king bed downstairs. There is also a nice sleeping area upstairs with a comfortable queen futon. Views of the ocean and golf course from all rooms. Both bathrooms are downstairs.
The kitchen is well-equipped and well appointed. Ideal for that getaway with the family.
